On July 12, 2017, Chenwei Medical engineers arrived in Bangladesh. This visit aimed to provide technical support to local customers, enhance their after-sales service experience, and assist them in resolving urgent technical challenges and operational issues encountered in practice.

This after-sales service mission visited four public hospitals under last year's Ministry of Commerce tendered foreign aid project in Bangladesh: Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Dhaka Chest Hospital, Chittagong Medical College Hospital, and Kumra Medical Hospital. All four are large public hospitals in the region. Compared to private hospitals with exorbitant medical fees, these institutions charge lower rates. Consequently, most impoverished local residents choose to seek treatment here, resulting in substantial daily patient volumes at each facility.

This project includes a total of 22 medical devices from Chenwei, comprising: Anesthesia machines: 5 units of CWM-302; Ventilators: 10 units of CWH-3010A and 5 units of CWH-3010; Emergency ventilators: 2 units of CWH-2020.

Guided by the consistent philosophy of “Medical Excellence and Service First,” Chenwei engineers assisted the hospitals in completing the installation of all equipment. Moreover, drawing on years of experience in overseas aid projects and adapting to local hospital practices, the engineers trained medical staff at these four hospitals in the installation, clinical application, maintenance, and troubleshooting of anesthesia machines and ventilators. Chenwei earned unanimous praise from local hospitals for the precise, reliable quality of its respiratory and anesthesia equipment, as well as the dedicated professionalism of its staff.
