This initiative is part of the 5G Healthcare Application Pilot Program jointly launched by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Health Commission.

It centers on the ECS Emergency Cloud Platform—a 5G-based pre-hospital emergency data collection and information sharing system—

which has commenced trial operations in Bengbu City, Anhui Province.

The platform was collaboratively developed by four entities: Bengbu First Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University, the Municipal Emergency Rescue Center, China Unicom Bengbu Branch, and Nanjing Chenwei Medical Equipment.

Leveraging 5G networks, it enables seamless connectivity between pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency care information, significantly enhancing the efficiency of emergency treatment.

Chenwei Medical has established an intelligent emergency cloud platform, leveraging technologies such as 5G networks and the Internet of Things (IoT).

This platform facilitates data collection and sharing for emergency and pre-hospital care, continuously expanding its operational reach.
